We wanted to thank all of the artists, vendors, and visitors and volunteers who attended the 24th annual Pigeon Key Art Festival this past weekend! We kicked off Friday night with a live auction and then Howard Livingston and the Mile Marker 24 band put on an amazing concert. Saturday was a beautiful, sunny day filled with folks from all over the country supporting our foundation. Children of all ages also worked with our featured artist, Carey Chen and painted an ocean-themed mural.
We hope everyone enjoyed themselves and took home some amazing art! Thank you to our two featured artists this year, Carey Chen and Jessica Ann Hessing. If you weren’t able to grab one of the annual posters they created for this years show, they are available in our Visitors Center & Gift Shop. There is also 2018 festival t-shirts and an array of past festival t-shirts for sale there as well! Don’t forget, your festival ticket also serves as a $6 admission fee to our guided, historical tours out on the island until this Sunday, February 11th.
